How to reach the hotel by car?

Where do I park my car in Montecatini Terme?
Hotel Arnolfo does not have parking. You can park on the street in the blue spaces for a fee, taking advantage of the daily rate reserved for hotel guests (€ 3.50). To receive the ticket to be left displayed in the car, it is necessary to leave the license plate number at the Reception; this ticket cannot be booked in advance, it is only necessary to purchase it upon arrival at the hotel. For cycles and motorcycles only, our private garage is available free of charge. Alternatively, 400 meters from the hotel there is a large free P2 Marconi car park, which cannot be booked and is not guarded. If you want to know the route from google maps here it is.
Is the Hotel Arnolfo in a limited traffic area?
No, even if located in the central area, Hotel Arnolfo is immediately outside the ZTL.
How far is the train station?
The main Montecatini Terme – Monsummano station is only 700 meters away and can be easily reached in a few minutes on foot or by taxi.
Do you pay the City Tax in Montecatini Terme?
Yes. The city tax amounts to €1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. All rates are always excluding tourist tax. For the months of December and January only, the tourist tax amounts to €0.80 per person per night.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The rooms are available to guests from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure. Based on availability and with a supplement, it is possible to request early check-in and/or late check-out.
Is the reception of hotel Arnolfo always open?
Yes, a receptionist is also on duty at night to make us welcome 24/7.
Is WiFi available in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel is entirely covered by the Wi-Fi signal. You don't need a password, just make a simple and quick registration procedure. The service is free.
Does Hotel Arnolfo have a restaurant?
Yes, the hotel has an internal restaurant open every evening for dinner until 21:00. Advance reservation is required. We also ask you to communicate any allergies and/or intolerances in advance. The restaurant is not open for lunch.
Are there non-smoking rooms available?
All our rooms are NON smoking. However, we do have rooms with balconies that could solve this problem for you. However, they can only be booked by contacting us directly.
Do you provide a shuttle service to the airports of Pisa and Florence?

Can I stay with my pets?
Yes, our hotel accepts small pets, but they will not be able to access the restaurant and spa. However, the written request to be sent to the following address email@example.com before the date of arrival at the hotel is binding.
Is entrance to the Spa included in my booking?
No. Access to the Spa services is subject to a supplement. The cost is €25 per person. However, it is possible to reserve a deluxe double room with spa access which includes access to the spa in addition to bed and breakfast.
Are Massages and Treatments also included in the Spa itinerary?
No, massages and treatments are available with a supplement and upon advance reservation. Before booking, we advise you to consult our treatment list in the spa section of this site.

How far in advance should I book the spa services?
Reservations are required at least 72 hours in advance of the arrival date.
How long does the Spa path last?
The spa path has a maximum duration of two consecutive hours and cannot be divided.
Is the wellness set included in the entrance fee to the Spa?
No, the wellness set is not included in the entrance fee to the Spa. The hotel offers the rental service of a wellness set which includes a bathrobe, towel and slippers at a cost of €7.00 per person. Advance booking is not required for the wellness set.
What is needed to access the Spa?
To access the spa path, a swimsuit and rubber slippers are required
Can children access the Spa?
No, due to the high temperatures of the machinery present in the Spa such as the Sauna, Turkish Bath and Thalassotherapy Bath, children under 14 are not allowed to enter.
Is the Spa for exclusive use or will there be other guests?
The Spa path is open to all hotel guests, so during the two-hour stay you will not be alone but in the company of other hotel guests. Upon supplement and subject to availability, it is possible to book an exclusive entrance.
